Careers

We’re always looking for the next star at The Bassett Firm and new talent is encouraged to reach out!

Candidates should have at least five years of personal injury litigation experience. Our Associates work cases in all aspects of litigation, including taking depositions, attending hearings and mediations, and working directly with clients. Our firm provides a fast-paced friendly atmosphere that the right candidate will thrive in. You must be a self-starter, responsible, organized, hardworking, and have a great attitude. If you’ve been looking for an opportunity to work remotely within Texas, to build your experience to generate new clientele and be rewarded with quarterly bonuses, work exciting cases with a hard-working team beside you, or perhaps to take a step back from the typical billable hour requirement, we’ve got you covered.

We offer a professional environment of teamwork and mutual respect, a quick pace, and challenging work. You will be working directly with clients, opposing counsel, and your teammates, so you must be able to work both collaboratively and independently.
