This week, the Supreme Court issued no opinions, but did set one case for oral argument that we had previously analyzed in our Weekly Update on July 3: Williams v. The Texas Taxpayer & Student Fairness Coalition, et al, Case No. 14-0776. The case is scheduled for oral argument on September 1, 2015. The Court’s next Conference is set for Thursday, August 27. Check back with us next week to see if the Texas Supreme Court releases any new opinions.
