This week the Texas Supreme Court issued three Per Curiam opinions and 6 grants.
In re Red Dot Building System, Inc. In this Per Curiam opinion, the Texas Supreme Court affirmed that mandamus relief is available to secure abatement of an action pending in the non-dominant county when two or more inherently interrelated suits are pending in separate counties and venue is proper in either county.
