This week the Texas Supreme Court has issued no opinions; however, the Court has granted oral argument for four cases addressing (1) waiver of a non-waiver clause in an eviction case, (2) abuse of discretion in an attorney-fee dispute, (3) interpretation of conflicting mineral-rights deeds, and (4) application of unemployment benefits to members of the Harris County Appraisal Review Board.
Each of these cases is set for oral argument on March 23, 2017.
