This week the Texas Supreme Court has issued two grants and one corrected opinion.
One of the grants issued this week will be heard on January 11, 2017. In James O. Rogers, et al. v. Victor Zanetti, et al., the Texas Supreme Court will address the issues of causation and sufficiency of the evidence in the context of a legal malpractice case.
