This week, the Supreme Court of Texas did not issue any grants or new opinions, but it did issue a corrected opinion.
Specifically, the Court issued a corrected opinion in the United Scaffolding Inc. v. James Levine case in order to incorporate previously omitted citations. However, the Court denied the request for rehearing of the case, and thus, the Court’s substantive opinions on the matter, including that the claim sounded in premises liability rather than general negligence, remain unchanged.
